Looking for a Landlord attorney for southern Wisconsin

I am looking for an attorney in the Janesville / Beloit  Wisconsin area, who specializes in working with landlords. I am also looking for someone who can draft real estate contracts, and private money contracts. I am a first time rental property owner, and am seeking someone who can look over some of my rental contracts, and advise me on other steps I may need to be taking. I would also like an estimate of what this service would cost.

@Kole Kingslien I'd like to echo Brie - don't have your own contracts drawn up. It's expensive and they will never be as mature as the State froms or the contracts from Wisconsinlegalblank.com which is what we use. You will be surprised how many forms you should have (from applications forms to lead based paint disclosure and 5 day notices), that's why they offer a comple landlord package - and it's very inexpensive. Be sure you order letter size and not legal size, the big forms are a pain in the neck...
