Kennedale flip or rental opportunity!

Flip or rental in Kennedale, home is in bad shape and will need just about everything. Comps for both flips and rentals are tough, I have priced us conservatively at 185k, but there are many homes selling over 200k in the area and we sit on a Large lot! Should rent around 1300 a month after updates. 

ARV: $185k+

Rehab: $55k

Price: $100k
