My wife and I just moved down to Nashville and I'm so excited to be in this market. Although it's a tough market to be in, I see a lot of opportunity and would love to partner with someone for my first couple of deals. Instead of "driving for dollars" as @Brandon Turner coined, I've been "biking for dollars" since it offers a more unique and personable experience with the neighborhoods.
