Pro Member and licensed investigator to perform background checks

I am a Bigger Pockets Pro member and have 2 rental properties, one in Denver and one in New York. I am a licensed private investigator in Colorado that specializes in criminal defense. I would like to offer my services for background checks of tenants in Colorado only. Most people think there is a nationwide criminal database and this is not true. In order to find out someone's criminal history you have to contact each states county website to find out criminal history. Criminal history is not only what you were prosecuted for but also what you were arrested for.  I understand the challenges of screening potential tenants and because of what I do, it is easy for me but it is not easy for everyone else. I don't know if anyone has need of this service, but contact me if you do.  Flat fees of $50.00 per person search.
