I would like to offer my services for background checks of tenants in Colorado only. Most people think there is a nationwide criminal database and this is not true. In order to find out someone's criminal history you have to contact each states county website to find out criminal history. Criminal history is not only what you were prosecuted for but also what you were arrested for. I understand the challenges of screening potential tenants and because of what I do, it is easy for me but it is not easy for everyone else.
