Hi All,

 I am looking to buy 4 plex or more unit property in any market primarily in Austin, Dallas, Atlanta, Jacksonville, Tampa or Raleigh (RTP) area. Suburbs Prefer any recently built (10 years old) or turnkey property. 

 Also looking for agent who can help me in searching/ buying and refer to good property management company.

 I bought individual houses directly in some of these markets but i want to increase my portfolio with multi-family homes.
