Out of state lead looking for buyer in Philadelphia market

I invest in North Carolina and received a lead from a guy wanting to sell his property in Philadelphia Pennsylvania. I have no knowledge of this market and would gladly pass this lead to someone in the area if interested. The owner is supposed to be sending me pictures of the property in the next day or so. I can email those once received.
