This isn't quite our typical bread and butter type of deal. However, it's an interesting find, and we wanted to send it your way in case this is a fit for you or someone you know!
The property is located on the west side of Indianapolis, just south of the Eagle Creek Reservoir. It has 2.16 acres, and sits directly on the waterfront. It's right near Interstates 465 and 74, with very convenient access via Crawfordsville Road. This could be developed in a variety of different ways, depending on how you'd like to use it.
