Great Potential Rental in North Jacksonville with brand new roof!

Great Investment Opportunity in quiet neighborhood! This spacious 3 bedroom, 2 bath has an open concept floor plan with a large kitchen, separate living, dining & family rooms, hardwood floors, 1 car garage & a large fenced in yard! New roof just installed! Property will need drywall repair / mold abatement. When installing the new roof, the roofing company let some rain get into one of the rooms and caused some drywall damage. New flooring will most likely be needed throughout. I originally planned on doing a full rehab, but decided to invest more locally in Nashville instead. Contractors quoted 35,000 for full cosmetic rehab, which would put the ARV around 100K.
