JV partner to do Single Family Residence Projects 50/50 split!

Hi I just wanted to see who might be interested in doing a JV partnership with a very experienced real estate flipper with multiple exit strategies. I am looking for the purchase capital, plus the rehab which will be given in draws. When a certain portion of the rehab is finished then a video will be shot, and pictures taken and sent to you for proof. I am looking to structure it 50/50. 50% of the net profits of the sale would go to you. I have been doing this type of work for over 20 years and have the experience, crews, business plan, and exit strategies in place to move the finished houses. There are a lot of profits to be made in the Kansas City Mo area if you have the knowledge and contacts. If you have capital around that you want to put to work that is secured by the real estate as the collateral then send me a message and let's get started. I am open to negotiations on the % of the profits as well so nothing is set in stone. I am looking for a long term profitable partnership.
