Off Market flip in a Great Southern New Hampshire town

Cheap off market house for the builder and rehabbing investor. This property is a tear down or complete gut. The ARV's of 4/2's in this town are $330K plus. This is a very desirable southern New Hampshire town for home buyers. I am a wholesaler and I am looking to assign this great deal to a cash buyer ASAP.

Rehab, Fix and flip, handyman special, below market value, must sell, cash only
