Hey moderators.. I don't know where to post this so if it needs to be somewhere else please do.

As a guy who wants to learn more I am hoping this post doesn't offend ... I am going to start a mastermind group... Successful peeps who want to share and reflect... Learn and do...

I am thinking the criteria for a member should be

100 deals complete
Open minded
Opinionated
Alive (more then breathing)
Can afford to mastermind (trips to other locations)
Not sleep deprived (Can stay up all night long)
Willingness to share (not a taker)
Willingness to learn (Like a sponge)

If you qualify and would like to join respond.. If you think this is crazy feel free to say that too..

Happy hunting

Michael

Michael,

I think you might be limiting youself by restricting your group to RE investors. Having a couple of people from outside that mindset would spur conversation and ideas. Perhaps some of the following

* A transactional lender
* A investor-friendly RE attorney
* An urban planning specialist [to identify "up and coming" areas]

Again, you would have to find REI friendly people in those fields, but the cross-pollenization would seem to be really useful.

[As an aside, I wonder how good a fundraiser for non-profits would be at raising private money. Hmmm]
