I am looking for opportunities to partner on fix and flip or BRRRR projects in the Portland, Oregon and SW Washington areas. I can bring a little cash ($10,000 - $40,000) to the table, have experience in project management (a small amount of which has been real estate projects), I have a full time job as a finance professional in the non-profit sector, I am a licensed CPA and practiced for 20+ years as a tax professional (now retired), I have strong organizational skills and can assist with analysis and financing proposals.
