Free Cash Flow Calculator

Hello Everyone,

I have developed a Free Cash Flow Calculator. It returns the Cash Flow for almost any property that exists on Zillow. The data for a given property is returned from Zillow and gives an immediate Cash Flow calculation based on a few assumptions such as the Home estimate, taxes and insurance costs.  This can be refined by clicking the white arrows and entering more exact values or known values for the monthly expenses or the price you may want to offer. The address box should auto populate (if it doesn't, refresh the page) as you type and once you find the address click on it and it will return the results.
