Looking for Cash Buyers - Madison, WI / Dane County

Hello BP Investors,

I am a wholesaler looking to build my list of cash buyers. I center mainly in Dane County, WI (Madison, Middleton, Sun Prairie, etc.) and properties I find are mostly all fixer uppers.

Please let me know if you are a potential buyer for fixer uppers! Or even fix and buy-and-hold.
