Looking for Investment properties!

I am an investor currently living in Colorado Springs, CO.  I am looking to invest outside of the state in a rental property or properties.  I am currently looking online in a couple cities in Texas but am interested in any area for homes under $100k.  Are there any suggestions for cities to look in?
