If you are a landlord and you would like to discover a beneficial alternative to property management companies, let us know. Our program can often save you a considerable amount of money over a traditional property management company because we NEVER charge you any fees. In fact, we even cover $50 of the basic property maintenance every month so you don't have to. Our tenant screening processes can help you rest assured your property will be taken care of, and many times improved at the tenants expense! Our area of operations is only Colorado Springs, CO as of right now so reach out and let us take away all the stresses of owning a rental property!

@Kathy Fronk you are correct. I would be acting under a lease making me a principal in the transaction. As a principal, there is no licensing requirement. This is why I can offer much better terms than a licensed manager
