We just took down four new deals last week on O'ahu and our deal flow in Hawaii continues to grow. We are Hawaii's #1 residential redevelopment company by volume, with $32,000,000 in gross revenues. We currently have over 40 homes in progress on O’ahu and new deals coming at us every day. We are looking for a handful of additional private money lenders who want to expand with us one deal at a time. We have $22M in private funds currently deployed and are ready to scale to the next level, so we have additional private lending opportunitues available.
