Hi Larry,

I was excited at the price. Did some checking, it's mostly wetlands. They said you can't even create a driveway. Or add a story to the house. Do you have other info that would help me?

Yes, there's wet land around it. But calculation of 60 K in repair budget includes 10 K in drainage work to create drainage all around the home. Driveway is already there but unpaved but dry.
