Looking for Non-Recourse Lenders in AZ

Hey all, I'm looking for a lender who deals in non-recourse loans in Arizona. Currently using Solo 401k to invest and was looking into hard money to leverage available funds. Is this the way to go? Are hard money and non-recourse loans the same thing? I hope this is the right place to post. If not, please feel free to move this post to the appropriate forum.
