I am looking for an experienced apartment building syndicator and/or sponsor to partner with me on an apartment building syndication to help me get over the hump on buying a bigger deal that what I have done in the past....I am looking to get to the next level and need someone with a track record in apartments to help me get this done...

I will do ALL the work if necessary, just give me my marking orders and I will get it done and you can reap all the rewards with not too much work or time invested on your part...

I am serious an someone who would be good to partner with....let's start a conversation about how we might be able to work together...thanks

Hi Jeff,

It's not clear from your post if you already have a deal. Typically, you are going to need to bring something to the table other than leg work to get an experienced syndicator to partner with you, e.g.: a great deal that you have under contract or an accepted letter of intent; money (yours or people you know); or the ability to be underwritten for a loan. But you are definitely on the right track if you want to leverage your experience.

A great way to meet potential syndication partners is to attend  some live multi-family training events. This is how many of my established clients met their initial partners. Additionally, you might find someone who has done some deals at your local real estate investment associations, or you could ask a securities attorney if they would introduce you to their seasoned clients. I would be happy to talk to you more about this if you want to contact me privately.
