Yo! It's Brandon, your second-favorite real estate podcast host! (cause we all know you love Josh more...) 

And this year- David Greene (show 169) and I are looking to buy something big - like a 50-150 unit mobile home park. But there are a lot of moving parts so we are looking to build out our team. 

We are looking for PART-TIME help

So - we're looking for help. I guess you could call it an Apprentice. Or a team player. Or an assistant. or a paid intern. Or whatever.

Did he just say "paid?"  Yes. Some. But let's be honest- it probably won't be a lot. But that's not why you'd be doing this, right?  We'll talk about that later, because it entirely depends on what you are bringing to the table. 

The point is: we have tasks, related to direct mail, that need to get done. And we're willing to pay someone to help. And you get to work hand-in-hand with the two most handsome men in real estate. ;)
