Hello BP! I'm new to the cite and figured it would be a good idea to give you guys a brief idea of who I am. My name is Joe Lugo and I'm currently working with a private money lender who hired me to basically take him deals to fund via hard money loans. If you need funding I'm your guy! Keep in mind that this is a single private money lender so funding is much more relaxed and easy to acquire than if working with multiple investors or a company.
