I've been getting a lot of requests from people who need funding out of state (I'm in CA) and I asked my investor if he would like to fund investors outside of California. Unfortunately he said no. If you have anyone who needs funding in CA please don't hesitate to reach out. I was hoping that I would be able to pursue him to invest out of state but didn't work out. Hello BP! I'm new to the cite and figured it would be a good idea to give you guys a brief idea of who I am. My name is Joe Lugo and I'm currently working with a private money lender who hired me to basically take him deals to fund via hard money loans. If you need funding I'm your guy! Keep in mind that this is a single private money lender so funding is much more relaxed and easy to acquire than if working with multiple investors or a company.
