Property is 1 mile to the Silver Comet pedestrian/bike trail which spans 62 miles from West Atlanta to Alabama.
All brick ranch home with large lot & 15' high ceiling 30x30 sq ft unfinished basement. Driveway is 2 cars wide, fits about 10 cars total and a car port. Finishing basement would add approximately 900 more square feet to home. Plumbing for another bathroom down there would be relatively straightforward given access to existing lines are right there.
Primary renovations advised on main floor are just cosmetic since it was built in 1970 and hasn't been modernized since.
