Beautiful North Chesterfield House

Beautiful 2 story home built in 2008.. Nice country front porch, large utility room, custom kitchen , and a huge family room. The inside needs paint, flooring, and a few spots in the drywall patched.

Contractor quoted 15,000 for repairs 

ARV=$175,000.
