Looking for syndication Partners: Experience General Partners

My firm currently has an excellent 96 unit multifamily building under contract in Southfield, MI.  We are raising equity for the down payment, closing costs, and up front repairs.  Investment term approx. 5-7 years, at which point we will refi, pay back all investor capital, and investors will retain 50% equity stake in the deal in perpetuity.  My firm plans on holding this long term for our portfolio.

We are experienced investors and have completed over 2,000 real estate transactions since 2006.

Minimum investment is $25,000.

We have raised over half of our goal so far.  Capital is due by the end of May.

Serious investors only please.  Please message me for a link to the deal package, PPM, and operating agreement.

Syndication is open to qualified investors only under SEC Exemption 506(c).
