Looking for JV Partner(s) to get first 3 done, then reinvest money for 24 months.

After 24 months investor receives 100% ROI. That simple.

$300,000 invested = $600,000 back to investor(s). 

Open to payments with ballon or money down, open to negotiation. 

Investor can be secured in whatever manner comfortable; LLC ownership, liens, etc.
