We are currently offering a position to bring someone new to our team. This person would work their way through our company at every level to learn real estate investing from the bottom up. Housing will be supplied for the first 6 months. Must be willing to relocate to the Quad Cities area. Looking for HONEST, self driven, hard working, education loving, problem solving individuals who want more for themselves out of life than the normal rat race.

-Flipping

-Buy and Holds

-Owner financed deals

-Historic Renovations

-Apartment Stabilization

You will start by accomplishing tasks such as mowing lawns, customer service, and painting. The job develops as fast as you can keep up and we find where you best fit in our organization.
