I have a short term flat fee Note. This $32,500 Note will yield 8% in 45 days or less, that's $2600 return in less than 60 days! The property is on the market and the original PML doesn't want to roll it over. The Note matures 03/01/2017 and needs to be sold prior to insure closing in time of maturity.
