Selling a duplex and a house that are on the same lot. All bathrooms have been completely remodeled and all properties have a newer roof, newer HVACS, tile throughout. Very low maintenance desert landscaping. Close to hospital, downtown and light rail! Great property for an experienced investor! Selling in AS-IS condition.
