New House Flipping Google Map Based Website

Hello,

I have a new website for house flippers, wholesalers an investors.  It's very new and just recently showing up in Google searches when searching for "houseflipcapital.com." This website gives house flippers inexpensive yearly website access.  A House Flipper membership comes with one location on the member-only map to describe the business location, history and future goals.  A picture of the business is required.  The website also offers the ability to link up your social media information and a video.  Also included is one location on the map that can be used to display information on a successful completed flip or a flip that is currently in progress.  Only one picture of the property is required, but "before"and "after" photos as well as "pdf" worksheets and videos describing the properties can be included.  Additional locations on the map can be purchased.  

I believe that the more house flip businesses and successful flips that are posted on the map, the more investors and wholesalers will be drawn to the website.  The various memberships will be able to set up automatic notifications to receive e-mails when a business interest enrolls or makes a change on the site.  These notifications use distance on the Google Map, so if you're interested in working within 100 miles or 50 miles or 5 miles, you have that choice.

The country is divided into six regions only to bring attention to the six regional offices.  Members will be able to "operate" anywhere in the country regardless of their primary business location.

This website will look good on laptops, tablets, and smartphones.  Check it out!  I think you'll like it!

I am presently working on a website navigation video to help describe and show off the website.  It will be available to view on the website as soon as it is available.
