ISO of SFR in the Arlington, Tx

Hope everyone's doing well, 

My partners and I have been looking for a SFR 3/2 in the Arlington area for our first investment. Would really like to find something that only need cosmetic/minor repairs. The closer to I30 the better since we plan on using the property for STR. $70K-$90K range.... Also, if anyone needs or would like any help with anything at all in the DFW area, I would love to offer my services. I assure you that my dedication and ambition will make up for the lack of experience. I've self taught myself everything to this point and am completely hooked. Thanks and best wishes to all.
