Looking for Large Apartment Buildings to Purchase

Hello BP community,

My firm has a need to immediately acquire another multi-family property.   To keep this short, these are our general criteria:

-Located in Michigan

-Located in B- to A Areas.  Nothing in low income areas. Must have solid population numbers.

-100+ units 

-Primary markets preferably, but will go to secondary if they have strong population

-Contains value add component  (low rents, needs repairs, etc) 

-Purchase Price: $2MM+ ($20MM max)

-Ability to purchase cash
