Property Defined in Maryland, it shows you are in PA, are you going to be simply wholesaling this property? If so, you may just want to get a bridge loan or hard money loan. Not sure many of the crowdfunding platforms would finance this in a timely manner, considering the exhausting due diligence many platforms conduct. 

Believe me if it were only that easy, however, if you do find one, hope your deal goes well and you make a ton of $$$ : )
