New to Wholesaling in New Orleans, looking for a Mentor

We are just getting started in wholesaling, have already sent out some mailers and have gotten a decent response, and would like to see if anyone might be interested in a coaching us a little. I have a bunch of leads, most seem solid at this stage. I could turn some of them over to you if you like in exchange for your time, maybe do a JV deal, or perhaps some other compensation.
