I found a property in Morgantown, WV that is for sale for about 900k. I am a new investor and clearly do not have the money to fund that. As a graduate of WVU, I do know that this property is well kept and in a booming part of town. Real estate in that town has been growing and the value will continue to grow as the university continues to add more buildings around it.
