Hello Bigger Pockets Family!

I'm not new to real estate investing and am not asking how it is I build a buyers list. I specialize in sales and marketing to negotiate deals at a discount to assign to other investor buyers. I'm always building my list because most people I run into are not serious investors and never pull the trigger.
