In need of a personal loan

I have a unique situation, so bare with me. My husband and I are in the process of selling a property we'd rented out to whom we thought would be an excellent fit.....considering my husband worked with her, she served in the Armed Forces, and we sat and spent time with her and her family several times. Unfortunately, we had to evict her, and are now having to sell because she caused so much damage, we can't afford to fix it and continue to rent. We sought loans before we put the house up for sale, to fix up the property......mostly cosmetic, i.e, flooring, paint, landscaping, but have been denied several times. We have had the property on the market for a little over a month now, and have had to drop our asking price twice. We know that this house is worth much more then we will have to sell it for- it only needs a few things done to make it shine. So here we are, reaching out in hopes to see if there is any advice or one who would be willing to set up a deal, or contract with us to loan the money that we may fix up our home, and when it sells, they would get their money back, plus interest. If you're interested, contact me, and we can talk numbers.
