Serious Cash Buyer Looking for Serious Sellers (150-200 in 2017)

Hello all,

I hope all of you are doing well in your real estate goals and achieving the financial freedom you want.

Within this year 2017, I am looking to purchase about 150-200 homes in the Toledo, OH and surrounding areas (within a 45-50 mile radius) with 100% cash.

I am a cash buyer who typically closes within 5-7 days. I am not a wholesaler, I am the VP of Acquisitions & Sales for Ohio Cashflow and have the cash to buy all 150-200 properties, I just need to find them all.

If you or anyone you know is a real estate asset manager, someone who has access to many deals, looking to unload a ton of property, or have some nice deals you would like to get ride of quickly I would like to speak with you or your contact to see what we can accomplish together.

I am not looking for newbie wholesalers who don’t own their properties; I am a serious buyer looking to buy 150-200 single-family homes and potentially a few multi-family homes from serious sellers.
