New to investing, extremely motivated. I am located in Catawba County Hickory NC to be exact. I am looking to get started in REI. My girlfriend and I have capital to invest but being new to the area we haven't gotten jobs yet, hoping not to get jobs. I am interested in starting with wholesaling, and doing a fix and flip also acquiring a rental after every two flips we do.
