Hello, I am a RMLO in Dallas, TX I work for one of the largest mortgage companies in the country. I'm up to the minute on FNMA, FREDDIE and GOV guidelines and would love to answer questions. Im not trying to solicit (our rates aren't the most attractive) just want to offer value and this is an area I'm pretty good in. I currently searching for my first rental property or apartment (I ain't scared lol) so I'll be picking the brains of some of you folks too Thanks
