Hello folks,

A part time investor with jobs feeding the investments. Did a sizable commercial RE few years ago that has been going well. Recently did a small apartment deal also to get back to RE. Looking to get serious now.

No constraints on location ( but Houston would be easier as I already have property manager )

Right now looking for,

1. single family (up to $200K)

2, Multifamily/multiplexes (up to $500K)
