Agree with Zachary. The cash flow is so low, it does makes more sense sell them and finance a better (bigger) cash flow deal. What you did there is very challenging in my mind for a first deal...congratulation on that!

Thanks Oren. Agree, good pointers. I am still learning so really looking for deals that are ready for cash flow perhaps. Little cosmetic work is okay. Just connected with couple of folks in ways you just described. Although I have figured out my strategy somewhat, I am going in with open mind.

I have done one small apt on ABB while we looked for renter. It is a numbers game. Lot of ongoing communication, cleanup after every guest etc. If you keep it occupied 3 weeks out of month I think you will do better than rent. Corporate housing is actually better if its longer term than ABB.
