NEW INVESTORS IN DFW!!!!

My wife and I have recently decided to take the plunge into real estate investing to achieve financial freedom. Currently we are in the process of networking to begin to build out our connections in the DFW area with our goal is to officially start making offers come the first of 2017! We could not be more excited for the next journey of our lives! Right now we are looking for any advice/guidance on utilizing the BRRRR Strategy in North Dallas and the Mid-Cities. Any referrals for the following is always appreciated:

Attorney, CPA, Realtors, Hard Money/Private Lenders, and Contractors.

We are really looking forward to the journey ahead and becoming active members of the BP Community!

Taking action once you have learned a little. I have read one more than two times is that mistakes and fear are pretty normal in this business. Just learn from your mistakes and try not to let them come again and turn any fear into something positive.

You did not say anything about work but if you have a job you might want to keep, it if you can, to help on your financing.  The Colony has the plus of being north of Dallas and it's proximity of the lake.  I finished out a restaurant a few years ago and things were going well there.  Hopefully, it still is but the DFW has a bunch of opportunities.  Always do more than is expected and your referrals will happen.  Real estate investing for rental income is pretty good but it is more long term.  If it a good niche that also cherry picks for a few sales.

Do not try to do everything yourselves.  Do what is average in that neighberhood.  I do not have anyone to refer f
