Looking to buy SFH with mother-in-law apt, and/or garage apt.

I'm looking to purchase the below property in Orlando area:

  • SFH with mother-in-law apt and/or garage apt. Main house preferably 3/2, would consider 2/2
  • Mother-in-law apartment – 1/1 or 2/1, and same for garage apartment.
  • Single family house (preferably already zoned R2 - for potential future additional unit) with currently either a detached or attached mother-in-law apt. (1/1 or 2/1/), and/or a garage apartment 1/1 (either currently or potential for conversion).
  • safe area, good schools, and preferably close to downtown Orlando
  • Zip codes of preference: 32803, 32806 or similar
  • Prefer turnkey, or one just requiring cosmetic work
  • Once all units rented, needs to cash flow, and that’s with property management in place.
  • Would prefer properties off market property
  • No new construction. No vacation properties, no HOA
