Can you advise what part of Orlando one can cash flow better but still be in an area where it’s safe and non C/D class properties? We're more familiar with downtown Orlando and had been searching in zips 32803 and 32806 but it has been a challenge for a cash flowing property, and finding a small multifamily that stay long enough on the market.
Would Altamonte Springs possibly fit my criteria, and what investment vehicle, meaning 2/2 or 3/2 with or without HOA, bedroom community, etc?
We are a bit disappointed working with agents that are not as investor savvy, or don’t have our best interests in mind. We’d like a consultant where we’d pay them for their time and provide us with objective advice. I feel that by asking in this forum that I might find such a professional.
