A short update. We've had amazing feedback up to this point and are working diligently on adding the last few pieces of the puzzle that include rental/multifamily/BRRRR analysis. This will be done in the next couple weeks at which time I will be closing early access pricing forever.If you want to lock in your early access pricing before it goes up, I recommend you check us out and start a free trial. We have received some great feedback on REI/kit so far, specifically around working with comps, and I wanted to post an update about it.Last Friday we updated the comps interface (for subscribers only), so that now when you run comps, it comes up with 5X more suggestions. Everyone also gets the benefit of an improvement in the map windows to contain pictures of the properties or street view, as well as more of the comp data to be able to tell if it's a good comp, and the ability to unselect or delete the comp right from the map window, speeding up the process. A huge thank you to all of the early access participants for their great feedback so far, we're already working on the next set of feedback items.If you haven't signed up, it's still not too late for you to take advantage of early access. We have had an overwhelming response to the Early Access Program, and I have begun letting people in. We’re doing it in cohorts so that we can address any issues personally.
