We have been running across many opportunities to purchase current rentals in San Antonio that are 80-90% of ARV. These properties are rent ready to nearly rent ready. Some have tenants and some are currently vacant. We are looking to gage interest in these types of opportunities to either partner with private lenders that want to have longer term loans that we would then seller finance or provide the lead to buyers for a finder's fee.
