The same tenant has been the in the property the entire time the seller has owned it since 2013. There have not been any maintenance required. The taxes are $3,675 per year. There are no liens as well. What other questions do you have?

Very clean 3 bedroom and office/bdrm 4, 2 bath, 2 car garage.
